1. how long does it take until I receive my order?
As everything is handmade, it takes between one and two weeks for the order to be ready for dispatch. The shipping time can be found here.

2. can I collect my order in person?
If you are from Berlin, you can contact me via the contact form or instagram, then we can arrange a pick-up.

3. does the product look exactly like the pictures?
The pictures are only an example. Each piece of jewelry is unique.

4. how do I know my ring size?
The easiest way is to go to a jewelry store and use a ring sizer to determine the size. Alternatively, there are other options.

5. what material is used?
All jewelry pieces are made of sterling silver.
